1. Using BrickLoom Universe
BrickLoom Universe is a marketplace that connects customers with independent brick-building creators for commissions, digital instructions and physical builds.
By creating an account you agree to use the platform honestly, communicate respectfully with creators and customers, and only submit content you have the right to share.
2. Commissions and orders
Commission terms, pricing and delivery timelines are agreed between the customer and the creator through the platform's messaging and order tools.
Payments are processed through BrickLoom Universe and released to creators according to the project's agreed milestones.
3. Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or repeatedly breach marketplace policies.
