Fees

BrickLoom Universe charges a service fee on completed commissions and instruction sales, which is disclosed before checkout.

Signature Series transactions carry an additional 1% fee to support curation and quality review.

Most listings include a set number of revisions; additional revisions can be agreed directly with your creator.

If a project doesn't go as planned, our support team can help mediate a resolution between customer and creator.

Physical builds are packed and shipped by the creator, with tracking information shared through your order page.

International shipping times and customs fees vary by destination and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
