Creators keep their rights

Creators retain ownership of the original designs, instructions and artwork they create. Commissioning a project grants the customer a license to build, display and, unless otherwise agreed, personally enjoy the design — it does not transfer copyright.

Any commercial use beyond what's agreed with the creator should be discussed and licensed separately.

No counterfeit or branded IP

Creators may not list or fulfil commissions that reproduce another company's copyrighted characters, logos or branded products without authorization.

Listings that clearly imitate protected brands or intellectual property will be removed from the marketplace.

Takedown requests

If you believe a listing infringes your intellectual property, submit a takedown request through our support team with a description of the work, the listing in question, and a statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized.

We review takedown requests promptly and will remove infringing content and notify the creator involved.
